10 Skin care tips for Working Women

1. Get at least 8 hours sleep.

2. Drink at least 8 oz of water a day. (keep a bottle of water on your desk)

3. Never sleep with makeup. (always remove makeup before going to bed)

4. Use a facial scrub once a week.

5. Use a facial peel once a week.

6. Cleanse every morning and evening.

7. Eat healthy foods.

8. Exercise regularly or during your lunch break (prefer 5/6 days a week)
